Specialty
Clear proposals, reports and business materials that make complex information easier to understand.
Technical proposals, corporate reports, presentations and programme materials — structured around the message, the evidence and the people who need to understand them.
What usually needs fixing
- A long report that is difficult to navigate, search or update
- A proposal that describes activities without making the case clearly
- Arabic and English versions that lose their structure when adapted
- Several people editing the same presentation with inconsistent layouts
- Important evidence buried where the reader is least likely to find it
Who this is for
Consulting & advisory firms
Technical proposals that need to explain an approach, team and commercial offer with clarity — without becoming a sales brochure.
Training & programme teams
Programme materials, presentations and reports designed for participants, partners, sponsors and decision-makers.
Corporate, institutional & real estate
Corporate reports, project documents, presentations and communication materials where information needs to be clear, credible and easy to navigate.
The restructure
Same content. Better structure.
What you get
PowerPoint or Word files that your team can continue to edit, update and reuse.
Built around your existing identity, with layouts for the formats and content your organisation actually uses.
Arabic and English versions designed as complete layouts, with consistent structure across both languages.
The main message comes first, supporting evidence follows, and detailed material stays where it belongs.
Landing pages, newsletters and campaign assets when the document needs to connect with a wider digital experience.
Arabic
Arabic designed properly, not simply translated.
Arabic and English often need more than a language change. Direction, hierarchy, typography and text length all affect the layout. I design Arabic and bilingual materials as complete experiences, so the Arabic version feels intentional and works as well as the English one.
Questions clients ask first
A short presentation or document can usually be completed in a few days. Larger proposals, reports or multi-section documents typically take two to three weeks, depending mainly on the content and review cycle.
Yes. I normally work within the existing brand and document system. If the template is limiting the content or creating unnecessary complexity, I will identify what should be improved rather than changing it without reason.
Yes. I can structure, edit and rewrite existing material for clarity, hierarchy and presentation. Subject-matter expertise, methodologies and factual information still need to come from your team.
Yes. Most projects start with an existing PowerPoint, Word document or draft rather than a blank page.
Yes. I can work directly with your content, design or communications team, keeping the structure and visual system consistent while the work moves through review and approval.
Yes. When appropriate, the same structure can be carried into presentations, landing pages, newsletters and other digital materials so the message remains consistent across channels.
