How I work

From the problem to a clear outcome.

Not every project starts at the same point. When a project needs a complete process, these are the stages I typically work through.

01 Discover The problem, the context, the users, and the constraints. → A clear problem definition
02 Define Scope, priorities, and what the project actually needs. → Clear scope and priorities
03 Design Information architecture, journeys, structures, and interfaces. → An experience ready to build
04 Deliver Built by me or handed to developers, then reviewed before launch. → A working product or experience
05 Improve Review the results, analyse usage, and improve what needs attention. → Continuous improvement and measurement

How to start

Start with what you know, even if the full picture is not clear yet.

You do not need a detailed brief or a predefined solution. Just describe the problem or the outcome you are trying to reach.

  • Send a short brief about the project and what you need
  • A short call to understand the context and determine the right fit
  • A proposed scope, phases, deliverables, and cost
  • If I am not the right fit, I will tell you upfront
  • The work can cover a complete project or a specific task
  • Work starts once the scope and deliverables are agreed
